In our one-button smart factory for producing more than 200 different EPA/DHA formulas, not only we need the experienced team, heavy investment and most sophisticated equipment that are designed by our technique team, but also it needs more our whole teams’ 20 years experience in Omega-3 EPA/DHA concentration, separation and purification.  

Comparing to the traditional production mode and process for Omega-3 EPA/DHA, our smart factory has much more advantages and features, which are delivered in our finished Omega-3 products：

1.Full automatic process is controlled by the validated computer system, which ensures the product consistence and reliability.
2.Realtime data monitor, control and record offers the incredible data integrity and audit trail for the whole production process.
3.The system notably promotes the production efficiency. In the whole process, only two worker are needed to monitor and control and computer system, which increases our capacity to be 30,000 tons per year. 
4.Achieves higher purity extraction of specific ingredients employing KinOmega's proprietary technology, concentrating the active ingredient content of fish oil in EE, TG and rTG form.
5.Because of the high production efficiency, the production cost is also optimized, which offers more cost-effectiveness to our products.
